Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website. Engagement terms (deliverables, payment, the guarantee for the offer you take, cancellation, IP, and confidentiality) live in the master services agreement and any contract addendum signed during onboarding, which take precedence over anything written here.

Operator

C-Suite is operated by C-Suite Holdings (Pty) Ltd t/a c-suite.co.za (CIPC registration 2025/812492/07, registered in South Africa). Contracts are issued under C-Suite Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

Use of the site

The content on this site is provided for information and to support the discovery conversation. Pricing on this page is the public starting price for South African businesses billed in ZAR; the final price scoped to your firm sits in the contract you sign.

Bookings

The booking link on this site goes through Google Calendar appointment scheduling on the C-Suite Holdings (Pty) Ltd primary calendar. Bookings are subject to availability and may be re-scheduled by mutual agreement.

Cooling-off

Where the master services agreement is concluded as a result of direct marketing, including a discovery call originating from this site, you have the right to cancel within five business days of signature for a full refund of any amount already paid, in accordance with section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. After the cooling-off window, the standard cancellation terms in the contract apply, with 30 days notice from either party.

C-Suite and the C-Suite logo are trade marks of C-Suite Holdings (Pty) Ltd in the Republic of South Africa.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
