Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website. Engagement terms (deliverables, payment, the 60-day outcome guarantee, cancellation, the work-for-free clause, IP, and confidentiality) live in the master services agreement and contract addendum signed during onboarding, which take precedence over anything written here.

Operator

C-Suite AI is a product line operated by We Own Leads (registered in South Africa). Contracts are issued under the WOL group entity.

Use of the site

The content on this site is provided for information and to support the discovery conversation. Pricing on this page is the public starting price for SA businesses billed in ZAR; the final price scoped to your firm sits in the contract you sign.

Bookings

The booking link on this site goes through Google Calendar appointment scheduling on the We Own Leads primary calendar. Bookings are subject to availability and may be re-scheduled by mutual agreement.

Trade marks

C-Suite AI, the C-Suite AI logo, and the “Chief X Officer” framing are trade marks of We Own Leads, with applications pending in classes 35 and 42 in the Republic of South Africa.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
