Privacy Policy

C-Suite is operated by C-Suite Holdings (Pty) Ltd t/a c-suite.co.za (CIPC registration 2025/812492/07, registered in South Africa), the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) for any personal information processed through this site and the service.

What we collect

When you request the Roadmap Session we collect your name, business name, email address, the biggest time leak you describe, and your explicit consent to be contacted about the Session. When you book a discovery call we collect your name, business name, email address, and any context you choose to share. When you email us we receive whatever you send. When you visit this site no analytics cookies are set until you actively consent. A banner asks first, and the site works fully if you decline. If you allow analytics we then record events through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled and consent defaults that deny all advertising-related storage. You can change or withdraw this choice at any time from the Cookie preferences control in the footer, and withdrawal stops further analytics use immediately.

How we use it

We use your Roadmap Session details only to prepare and send the Session and to follow up about it. We use what you submit for a discovery call to prepare for and run the conversation, scope the engagement, and send the one-page brief. We use site analytics to understand which content is doing the most work and where to invest. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Roadmap Session submissions are stored in a secured cloud database and, as a delivery safeguard, may be relayed by a transactional email processor so a request is never lost. These operators process the data only on our instruction under POPIA operator obligations. Some processors may store data outside South Africa; where that happens we rely on POPIA section 72 safeguards (comparable protection or your consent given at submission). Analytics processing is handled by Google under its data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep discovery records for 24 months from last activity, after which they are deleted unless an active engagement is in place. Site analytics events follow Google Analytics 4 default retention.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, and object to processing. Send the request to support@c-suite.co.za and we will action it within 30 days.
