Privacy Policy

C-Suite AI is a product line operated by We Own Leads (registered in South Africa), the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) for any personal information processed through this site and the service.

What we collect

When you book a discovery call we collect your name, business name, email address, and any context you choose to share about the function you want to automate. When you message us through WhatsApp or email we receive whatever you send. When you visit this site we record analytics events through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled and consent defaults that deny advertising-related storage.

How we use it

We use what you submit to prepare for and run the discovery conversation, scope the engagement, and send the one-page brief that comes out of the call. We use site analytics to understand which content the page is doing the most work for and where to invest in additional content.

How long we keep it

We keep discovery records for 24 months from last activity, after which they are deleted unless an active engagement is in place. Site analytics events follow Google Analytics 4 default retention.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, and object to processing. Send the request to ty@weownleads.com and we will action it within 30 days.
