Book a discovery call

Fifteen minutes. We will tell you which one or two agents fit, or that none do.

Discovery is a fifteen-minute conversation on Google Meet that ends with a one-page brief regardless of whether you sign anything. Ty Panaino walks you through which Chief X Officer fits your firm, what outcome would be written into the contract addendum, and what onboarding looks like against the tools you already use. If C-Suite AI is not the right fit, the conversation points you at the bespoke line or a website rebuild instead, and the brief you walk away with is yours either way.

What to bring

Three things make the call ten minutes shorter and ten times more useful.

1

A sense of firm size, partners, fee earners, support staff. We scope to the firm in front of us.

2

The two operational pains taking the most senior time right now. Not the polished version, the actual ones.

3

The tools your team already lives in (Xero, Sage, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Outlook, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, anything else). The agent integrates where you already work; we want to know where that is.

The booking flow runs on Google Calendar, and if a slot in the next two weeks does not work, an email to ty@c-suite.co.za gets a reply inside one working day.

What happens after the call

One of three outcomes, and you keep the brief either way.

Fit

We send a one-page brief with the agent that fits, the 60-day outcome we would commit to, and the onboarding shape against the tools you already use. You sign at the end of that brief or you walk away with it for free, and the decision happens once, on its own merit.

Bespoke

If your operation needs a workflow none of the five productised agents quite fits, we hand you over to the bespoke AI Systems line at We Own Leads. Same engineering team, different scoping shape, 90-day outcome window instead of 60.

Not now

If the timing or the firm shape is not right, we say so on the call. The brief you take with you is still useful, it captures the operational pains we surfaced, regardless of whether we work together.
